-for the birds.. build a scarecrow.. grab a farmer to the place of the rocks and wood and vines.. the farmer will build the scarecrow..

-for the algae eating fish.. grab a master farmer to the pond and they will catch it and put it in the ocean.. enjoy

-To find the beetles you need to make tools to clear away the thorny vines and they'll start appearing. As for the pebbles, you need to build a dam by the dirt patch. That's where you start your garden. For both, you need to have second upgrades in building and farming. At least I think it's farming. Hope this helps. Somewhat anyway!
"how do you get to the gong piece under the water? it's the only one I haven't gotten..."
-you have to have the chain of the black flowers and 2 of the same flower the pink one and then the farmer will dive for the gong piece in the pond...
"Does the esteem elder have to be a man or can it be a woman? I am trying to get a woman to be the esteem elder but it hasnt happened so far and she is equal on all 3 tasks at master levels but i cant get her 3rd level to hit master. HELP!!!!!!!!!"
-you can have more than one elder and it can be a man or woman. I have two so far. it took me forever to figure out the scarecrow thing (then i found how to solve all the puzzles) and my little people died of starvation. And it only takes 3 master builders to open the crate.

-you must have lvl 2 exploration to get the cauldron, then make a stew using 2 orange flower and 1 black. only one villager needs to dive.
"Has anyone found the last piece of the gong?.it's driving me NUTS!"
-You must have the Totem in order to get the last Gong piece. You must have an Elder (a villager who is master of three skills) in order to receive a Totem. Once you receive the Totem take it to the Mosaic and drop it in the center and the Gong will be revealed.
